Getting a useful answer, faster
- Put STA191 and your group number in the subject line.
- Say what you already tried — screenshots of the chart or the error help enormously.
- Share the actual file or a link, not a photo of your screen.
- Allow two working days for a reply. Emails sent the night before a deadline may not reach me in time.
Where to ask what

| Feedback on your project objectives or draft results | Week 12 supervision session, or email before it. |
| Clarification on a rubric or a mark | Email, with the rubric criterion you're asking about. |
| To miss a class or an assessment | Email before the session, with supporting documents. |
| Whether something counts as academic misconduct | Email — see the integrity rules. Asking is always safe. |
